Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, Rajputana Tours representative will greet and transfer you to the hotel. Enjoy welcome dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Take a morning tour to Rajghat and Shanti Vana – the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Later visit to the Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. Explore colorful Chandani Chowk. In the afternoon visit the Qutub Minar, the longest brick minaret in the world. Visit the magnificent Humayun’s Tomb and the India Gate (a tribute to Indian soldiers). Also visit the President House and the Parliament House. Other attractions you will visit are Lotus Temple, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi – Agra
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Agra visiting en route Fatehpur Sikri (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal Mahal, Salim Chisti Mosque, etc are attractions of Fatehpur Sikri. Continue to Agra. On arrival at Agra, our representative will transfer you to the hotel. Stay at pristine Taj Mahal for sunset. See the matchless beauty of Taj Mahal at sunset. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Taj Mahal – The Taj Mahal is India’s star tourist attractions and one of the most beautiful buildings in the world. It is a white marble graceful tomb monument. Its amazing architectural beauty never fails to impress visitors coming from different parts of the world. This magnificent white marble monument was constructed by mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Also called the Symbol of Love, the Taj is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is a must visit on India tour. Taj Mahal is closed for foreign visitors on Friday.
Day 04 : Agra – Delhi – Departure
Visit the Taj at sunrise. After breakfast visit two other mughal monuments – the Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daullah Tomb. In the afternoon drive back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, Rajputana Tours representative will transfer you to New Delhi International Airport to board flight for onward journey. Tour ends.
